Water Access
The property has deeded access to the private dock at the end of street. A 2 minute walk. There is also a boat launch near by and a public dock in the same vicinity. All great for fishing and enjoying the sunset. See below on boating.
TV's everywhere
A smart tv in the basement with access to Netflix and YouTube. Another tv in the living room both with basic cable. Also a small TV in the bunkie with streaming only access from your device via wifi.
Free Parking on Premises
Ample parking for upto 4 cars. Open driveway. Please be mindful when parking close to the retaining wall and be careful of the doors swinging open.
Private Bath with Jacuzzi
There are 2.5 baths at the home. The main floor has a Jacuzzi including a shower. The upstairs has a 3 piece washroom with a standup shower. A powder room is near the top of the basement stairs.
Outdoor Entertainment and Dining
Enjoy the great outdoors in the backyard with an outdoor kitchen alongside a propane and charcoal BBQ. Lounge in the private patio with the fireplace chimney or around the big fire pit. Enjoy meals at the Teak expandable Dining table area.
Washer & Dryer
Go ahead and get dirty. Free access to modern laundry equipment available in the basement.
Air Conditioner and Heating
The home is equipped with central air and heating for those unpredictable weather conditions in the country.
Wireless Access
Raining outside, want to catch up on some work or social media or watch some downloaded movies, there is full WiFi coverage on the property.
Important information for Boating
There is a public boat launch near the cottage dock that includes a large public dock. It is recommended for guests wanting to rent large boats to use the public dock or the marina. The shallow waters near cottage dock of 2ft-3ft deep can only accommodate just small fishing boat, kayaks, paddle boats etc for now.
